Don't tell my girlfriend but I think I like her cat more than her. Misty (cat) is so loving all the time and my girlfriend has bad days more often than not. Wish I could keep Misty and drop her. If Misty ever went missing the first place she would look would be my house. I am from Kansas.

I accidently ran across your diary on the internet. I'm going through a depression right now and finding out that Mommie had gone through a depressing time as well prompted me to get a cat. Thank you Sparkles for your diary as it has added a sparkle to my life too.

I've been reading Sparkles' Diary to 5 and 6 year old kids at the local library.They really get a kick out of the trouble that Sparkles gets into and how his Mommie still loves him anyway. The kids can't wait to have me read the next day's entries. Keep them coming.

I actually met Sparkles. I live near Paris, TX and Eileen is one of my best friends. She was devastated when Sparkles disappeared. I was there when she and Helen exchanged emails about their cats. This activity helped pull her out of her depression from the loss of her beloved dog.

I live in New Jersey. I read your pages every once in a while. It is fun to see what Sparkles is up to all the time. I read them to my granddaughter when she visits. She likes the ones with Melanie. She even tries to dress my cat, Marbles, with doll clothes when I read them. P.S. Marbles doesn't like getting dressed either.
